Psalms 137:8 ESV . . .O daughter of Babylon, doomed to be destroyed, blessed shall he be who repays you with what you have done to us!
I have deliberately omitted verse 9. It talks about those being blessed who destroy the children of Babylon. That is not talking about humans doing the destroying. Humans are commanded to stand still and see the salvation by יהוה as He uses Jesus and the Angels to accomplish that work. (2 Chron 20:17; Mat 25:31-33; Rev 19:11-18)
