Romans 3:19-25 CEV
(19) We know that everything in the Law was written for those who are under its power. The Law says these things to stop anyone from making excuses and to let God show that the whole world is guilty.
(20) God doesn't accept people simply because they obey the Law. No, indeed! All the Law does is to point out our sin.
(21) Now we see how God does make us acceptable to him. The Law and the Prophets tell how we become acceptable, and it isn't by obeying the Law of Moses.
(22) God treats everyone alike. He accepts people only because they have faith in Jesus Christ.
(23) All of us have sinned and fallen short of God's glory.
(24) But God treats us much better than we deserve, and because of Christ Jesus, he freely accepts us and sets us free from our sins.
(25) God sent Christ to be our sacrifice. Christ offered his life's blood, so that by faith in him we could come to God. And God did this to show that in the past he was right to be patient and forgive sinners. This also shows that God is right when he accepts people who have faith in Jesus.
Romans 3:19-26 LITV
(19) But we know that whatever the Law says, it speaks to those within the Law, so that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world be under judgment to God.
(20) Because by works of Law not one of all flesh will be justified before Him, for through Law is full knowledge of sin. Psa. 143:2
(21) But now a righteousness of God has been revealed apart from Law, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets,
(22) even the righteousness of God through faith of Jesus Christ toward all and upon all those believing; for there is no difference,
(23) for all sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
(24) being justified freely by His grace through the redemption in Christ Jesus,
(25) whom God set forth as a propitiation through faith in His blood, as a demonstration of His righteousness through the passing over of the sins that had taken place before, in the forbearance of God,
(26) for a demonstration of His righteousness in the present time, for His being just and justifying the one that is of the faith of Jesus.
Romans 3:19-26 ALT
(19) Now we know that as many [things] as the Law says, it speaks to the [ones] in the Law, so that every mouth shall be stopped [fig., silenced] and all the world shall become answerable to God.
(20) Therefore, by works of [the] Law not will all flesh [or, will no flesh] be justified [or, declared righteous] before Him, for by means of [the] Law is [the] full [or, true] knowledge of sin.
(21) But now apart from [the] Law has the righteousness of God been revealed, being testified to by the Law and the Prophets,
(22) but the righteousness of God [is] through faith [or, trust] in Jesus Christ to all and upon all the ones believing, for there is no difference [or, distinction].
(23) For all sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
(24) being justified [or, declared righteous] freely by His grace through the redemption [or, setting free], the [one] in Christ Jesus,
(25) whom God Himself put forward publicly [as] a mercy seat [or, propitiation] through faith in His blood, for a demonstration of His righteousness, because of the passing over of the sins having previously occurred in the tolerance of God,
(26) for a demonstration of His righteousness in the present time, for Him to be righteous and justifying the [one] [or, declaring the [one] righteous] [who has] faith in Jesus.

You will note the reference windows often include more than one translation of the Bible. The reason is to strive to gain the best possible understanding of the original Hebrew and Greek. Since we don't speak those languages, we rely on those who have come before and made the effort to translate those texts into English for us. Considering several translations gives the benefit of the understanding of several translation committees or individuals.
The Translations we quote are:
ALT - Analytical Literal Translation
ASV - American Standard Version (by the American revision committee in 1897).
Darby - 1889 Darby Bible
DRB - 1899 Douay-Rheims Bible
BBE - 1965 Bible in Basic English
LITV - Literal Translation of the Holy Bible
KJV - King James Version
MKJV - Modern King James Version
NWT - New World Translation
Webster - 1833 Webster Bible
RV - Revised Version
YLT - Young's Literal Translation
